The Padel Club Secures Planning Consent for Handforth Dean

Handforth Dean is set to have the latest padel courts from, The Padel Club. Experienced and premium developers, The Padel Club has secured planning consent for its new South Manchester venue which will feature 7 competition courts as well as an incredible outdoor area for play and social fun.

With recent announcements in Chester & Booths Park, The Padel Club is committed to growing its unique offering around the North West following its establishment in Wilmslow in 2022 and the  largest purpose-built-padel-courts in the country at Trafford City. Now, with the latest South Manchester development at Handforth Dean, The Padel Club will be able to offer padel in multiple locations across the North West with over 50 courts combined.

The Padel Club, Handforth Dean will be another milestone venue for the club and marks a significant development for the brand where “culture meets court”.

The new club will feature:

  • 7 competition padel courts in total
  • 5 indoor double courts, 2 outdoor courts
  • Game Camera experience – to analyse and capture the best shots
  • Competition lighting
  • Large social spaces indoors and outdoors
  • 10m ceiling heights for perfect lobbing
  • Social sports activities in the clubhouse
  • Comfortable seating areas with sofas
  • Plenty of car parking spaces

The new club is bringing a world-class padel experience with an emphasis on accessibility and premium design, it will be a go-to destination for padel players across the region.

The development forms part of The Padel Club’s wider plans to expand access to padel across the UK, supporting the sport’s rapid rise while maintaining a strong focus on community and participation.
