The Role:
Join us at The Padel Club where you will form an important part of our coaching team. You will help to deliver a high standard of Padel tuition under the guidance of our head pro. You will help deliver sessions for beginner classes, run club sessions and assist running competitions and open days. Padel is the fastest growing sport in the world, and we want you to be passionate about the game and to have an enthusiastic and engaging personality to ensure our members are put first.
Crucially, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to build a successful portfolio of private 1:1 coaching. While group and club sessions provide a solid foundation, your best earning potential will come from developing your own client base for individual lessons. We support our coaches in maximizing this highly competitive and lucrative aspect of the role.
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers, leading to a strong demand for private coaching sessions.
- Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensuring classes commence at the designated times.
- Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down.
- Maintaining qualifications, licensing and CPD/ training requirements. (The club can help obtain qualifications.)
Qualifications:
- Min. Qualification: L2
- Min. Accreditation: LTA Accreditation
Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and game strategies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players.
- Organisational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in English
