The Padel Club aim to be the premier Padel operator in the UK. 

We exist to be the No. 1 place to play Padel, in this emerging sport, that is dominating the sector.

Our courts are high-specification, built for strength and purpose. Our venues will be social and inviting, to evoke a society-style feel.

We are an authority in the game and we want to deliver venues of incredible service, integrity and that excite players.

We have 1 site operating, with 2 sites expected to be built in 2023.

We have more sites in the legal and planning process, aligned to our ambitious acquisition strategy and for expansion across the UK.

The Padel Club are looking for sites:

  • Vacant sites up to 1.5 acres.

  • Warehouse 30,000 - 40,000 sq.ft

  • Min 7m eaves height

  • Large Redundant Pubs / tired retail park locations

  • Part of existing sports, leisure / golf clubs or complexes.

  • Land or surplus car parking within Hotels / Office Parks / Industrial estates or retail parks.  

  • Forecourt locations

  • Class E(d)

  • Leasehold preferred, Freehold considered.
